Safety construction requirements and measures
(1) Before use, the motor and cables should be checked and confirmed to be normal, with good protective grounding and protective equipment.
Safe and effective installation, saw blade selection meets requirements, and installation is correct.
(2) After starting, the saw blade should be operated without load. Check and confirm that the saw blade is running in the correct direction and the lifting mechanism is flexible,
(3) Concrete cutting operators are not allowed to forcefully feed the cutting machine while pushing it.
(4) The cutting thickness should be in accordance with the regulations on the mechanical factory nameplate, and excessive cutting is not allowed.
(5) When cutting concrete, attention should be paid to the force changes of the cut concrete. Prevent jamming of saw blades, rope saws, etc.
(6) In concrete cutting operations, when the workpiece experiences impact, jumping, or abnormal sound, the machine should be stopped immediately.
(7) The size of the cut concrete blocks should be strictly calculated for weight and should not exceed the allowable lifting range.
