Common fault handling:
1.Engine cannot start:
Check if there is enough fuel and if the fuel valve is open.
Check if the oil passage is blocked, if the fuel has reached the carburetor, and if the carburetor atomization is good.
Check if there is enough clean oil in the crankcase.
Check for sparks in the spark plug. Unscrew the spark plug, connect the high-voltage wire, make good contact between the metal part of the spark plug and the metal housing of the gasoline engine, pull the starting handle at normal speed, and observe whether the spark plug has sufficient strength to produce sparks.
Check if the spark plug is leaking oil (if there is any excess gasoline attached around the spark plug electrodes), and wipe it clean with a cleaning paper or cloth.
2.The water pump cannot pump water and the water pressure is insufficient:
Check if sufficient water has been added and if the air inside the pump chamber has been completely drained.
Check if the impeller is operating properly.
Check if the inlet and outlet channels are blocked, and if the pipe connection screen is securely installed.
Check if the gasket of the inlet pipe joint is installed or damaged, resulting in air leakage.
Check if the suction lift is too high (generally not exceeding 5 meters in vertical height).
Check if the engine speed has reached the rated speed.
Check if the bottom valve can open normally.
Check if the pressure valve of the water pump head is damaged.
Check if the pressure adjustment of the water pump is improper.
