3. Bimetal Disc Protection

   • Utilizes calibrated bimetal strips that deform at preset temperatures:
     • Typically trips at 105°C±5% for standard compressors
     • Auto-resets when temperature drops below 70°C

4. Motor Protection

   • Prevents:
     • Insulation breakdown (Dielectric Strength >2.5kV)
     • Bearing grease carbonization
     • Rotor demagnetization in VFD-driven units

5. Diagnostic Feedback

   • Provides NC/NO contact signals for PLC integration
   • LED indicators for:
     • Trip status (Red)
     • Reset readiness (Green)
